Learn more about how medium and psychic readings work, prepare for your session, and more!

How are sessions conducted?

All sessions are held via live video over Zoom (video call/video conferencing). You do not need to purchase an account in order to access Zoom, but you will need a free account via app if you are using a mobile device, or through the website if using a computer with a webcam. Both are free. On the day of your session, it will be as simple as clicking the link you received when you scheduled.

Help! I can't find the link to my session (or forgot when my session is)!

Don't panic. Send me a message and I'll get you the information. However, if you realize you can't find your information moments before your session, I may not get your message in time and you may have to reschedule.

What can I do to prepare for my session?

Come open, rested, and ready to receive. For medium sessions, providing a photo of the loved one you wish to contact at least a day before our session is preferable, but we can still proceed with the reading if a photo is not available. For tarot sessions, come with questions. For live class and workshop instruction, bring some paper for notes and be ready for practice. For tarot instruction, please have your cards handy. 

How many people can I bring to my session?

Each session is one client only. I do make allowances for translators and accessibility support people. Please contact me if you will need an extra support person for your reading so that I can be aware there will be more than one person present.

Can I have a group reading?

I have limited availability for groups and gallery readings. Please contact me for rates and availability.

I missed my session. What can I do?

Life can be messy, and sometimes things happen. If you miss your session without notice, you are able to reschedule once. If 2 sessions are missed without notice, your payment is forfeit and you will not be able to reschedule without purchasing the service again. Sessions rescheduled 24 hours or more in advance will not be counted as missing a session. As always, if you are experiencing an emergency, illness, or other issue, please let me know as soon as possible under the circumstances.

I want a phone reading instead of a live video reading. Will you do that?

Generally, no. I'm not a phone reader, and connecting in that way is not my preference.

I saw another reader that worked differently than you and I like their way of reading better. Will you do that for me?

Probably not. All mediums and psychic readers are different and have our own way of working.

Can I suggest which tarot spread I want to be used in my tarot reading?

I'm open to the suggestion, but I may choose a different one that I feel better aligns to what you are looking for.

Can I book a session with you to practice or to ask questions about this business?

Absolutely. Contact me with your needs and I'll get booking information to you.

Today is my reading, but I feel sick/tired/stressed. Should I still have my reading?

No. If you are feeling under the weather or not like yourself, please reschedule. I understand that sometimes you wake up sick or the day was very stressful. As long as you contact me at least an hour before your session, you will not be penalized.

I want to book your mediumship workshop, but I don't know that I have enough talent for this. Advice?

My mediumship workshop is for beginners and intermediates. It is a no pressure, private workshop between you and me. There is no "not good enough" in this space. I meet you where you are in your journey. If you are not sure if mediumship is for you, feel free to contact me with your concerns.

Do you think anyone can develop spiritual gifts like mediumship?

Yes, but it may go smoother for those that feel a natural pull towards learning and developing theses gifts.

What if you, the reader, are sick or need to reschedule?

Contrary to popular belief, readers are also humans, and we get sick, too! Should I not be able to perform on a particular day, I'll contact you to let you know of the issue, and as soon as I can, present you with options about a new day and time. You will NOT go to the back of the line, as I plan extra days in my schedule in case I were to get sick or hurt.

What if you aren't able to contact my loved one in a medium session?

It's rare, but it does occasionally happen. If I am not able to contact your loved because they are still in transition, we will simply reschedule to allow them more time. If your chosen loved one does not wish to speak to me or does not show up, we will talk to different spirits or guides that wish to speak, or you have the option to switch to a spiritual gift, tarot, or haunted house reading instead.
